Wildflower Beauty Lounge Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To respect the time of our service providers and guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
* Appointments canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice may be changed at no charge.
* If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you must contact the salon directly.
* Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% service fee based on the scheduled service(s).
* The 50% fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
* No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and must pay the balance before rebooking.
